Recuperating from illness is difficult, and a positive attitude is the best medicine. Although the disease is difficult to deal with, don’t be upset; the recovery process is difficult and requires strength and optimism. I wish you a speedy recovery!

I’m a retired Osteopath, Bell’s Palsy has rocketed since push out of mRNA vaccines. I believe this is most likely caused by activation or introduction of (VZV) Varicella zoster virus.

Hope you recover quickly. The advise I would give to patients would be keep stress to minimum, (mental physical and systemic) sleep during hours of darkness, stay well hydrated, preferably clean fresh water, avoid inflammatory foods particularly gluten and dairy and alcohol, (dehydration, alcohol and inflammatory foods cause systemic stress)

Avoid foods rich in amino acid L-arginine, (Chocolate, Nuts, Spirulina, Suqash, Shellfish, Steak, Pork, Oats VZV feeds and thrives on this amino acid)

I would also consider taking 1000mg of L-Lysine on a completely empty stomach each day, with water only, leave at least 30 mins before eating. (this amino acid weakens VZV)
This should assist a quick recovery but continue treatment for several months after recovering to make sure it is well gone.

Best Wishes from Ireland.

Sounds like your making an excellent recovery,
for some it can be very protracted and slow.
          Glad to hear it.
Whatever your doing, stick with it.
          Best Wishes, Ray

Yes, he is absolutely right. Bell’s palsy has skyrocketed since the rollout of mRNA vaccines and the covid shots. Remember Justin Bieber had the same issue right after his injections, how did he get better? Look into research of DETOXING from the SPIKE PROTEIN. Great work brother and best of luck recovering.
