ESET Endpoint Antivirus 6 represents a new approach to truly integrated computer security. The most recent version of the ThreatSense® scanning engine utilizes speed and precision to keep your computer safe. The result is an intelligent system that is constantly on alert for attacks and malicious software endangering your computer.

ESET Endpoint Antivirus 6 is a complete security solution produced from our long-term effort to combine maximum protection and a minimal system footprint. The advanced technologies, based on artificial intelligence, are capable of proactively eliminating infiltration by viruses, spyware, trojan horses, worms, adware, rootkits, and other Internet-borne attacks without hindering system performance or disrupting your computer.

ESET Endpoint Antivirus 6 is primarily designed for use on workstations in a small business environment. Using ESET Endpoint Antivirus with ESET Remote Administrator in an enterprise environment allows you to easily manage any number of client workstations, apply policies and rules, monitor detections and remotely configure clients from any networked computer.

What’s new

The graphical user interface of ESET Endpoint Antivirus has been completely redesigned to provide better visibility and a more intuitive user experience. Some of the many improvements included in ESET Endpoint Antivirus version 6 include:

Functional and usability improvements

•Device Control – Now includes the ability to determine device type and serial number, and to define single rules for multiple devices.
•A new Smart mode for HIPS – is placed between Automatic and Interactive mode. Ability to identify suspicious activities and malicious processes in the system.
•Updater/Mirror improvements – You can now resume failed downloads of virus signature database  and/or product modules.
•New approach to remote manageability for your computers with ESET Remote Administrator – Resend logs in the case of an ERA reinstall or for testing, remote install ESET security solutions, get an overview of the security state of your networked environment and sort various data for later use.
•User Interface improvements – Adds the one-click option to run a manual update of the virus signature database and modules from the Windows System Tray. Support for touch-screens and high resolution displays.
•Improved detection and removal of third-party security solutions.

New functionality

•Anti-Phishing – protects you from attempts to acquire passwords and other sensitive information by restricting access to malicious websites that impersonate legitimate ones.
•Scanning speed improvements – using shared local cache in virtualized environments.

Detection & Protection technologies

•Improved installation speed and reliability.
•Advanced memory scanner – Monitors process behavior and scans malicious processes when they decloak in memory.
•Enhanced Exploit blocker – Designed to fortify commonly exploited application types such as web browsers, PDF readers, email clients and MS Office components. Exploit blocker now supports Java and helps improve detection and protection from these kind of vulnerabilities.
•Improved detection and removal of rootkits.
•Idle state scanner – Performs a silent scan on all local drives when your computer is in idle state.

System requirements

For  seamless operation of ESET Endpoint Antivirus, the system should meet the following hardware and software requirements (default product settings):

Processors Supported:

• 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) processor, 1 GHz or higher (see Note 1)

Operating Systems: Microsoft ® Windows ® 10/8.1/8/7/Vista/XP SP3 32-bit/XP SP2 64-bit

• An operating system and the required service pack supported by the chosen ESET product version installed
• System requirements of the operating system and other software installed on the computer are fulfilled
• 0.3 GB of free system memory (see Note 2)
• 1 GB of free disk space(see Note 3)
• Minimum display resolution 1024×768
• Internet connection or a local area network connection to a source (see Note 4) of product updates

Although it might be possible to install and run the product on systems that do not meet these requirements, we recommend prior usability testing to be done based on performance requirements.

Remark: Unlimited updates from ESET trial server. Fixed to be prelock activation. Restart once after install. Better late than never 😀

Hello good Morning

all your esset endpoint programs 6, 5, and esset antivirus 8, 12, are asking for activation, (detail that started today 4/14/2020) I really like this antivirus, I would like to know if you can solve this already with the new version 13?

    delete all (before install all eset)
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ESET]

    eset 6.5 will lock the eset reg cause all other version fail.

      what I wanted to tell you, is that all versions of the ESET NOD32 antivirus that you make available on your website, are asking for activation, either reinstalling or installing for the first time, and even the ones that were already installed activated working well, are now asking for activation. Once again I come here to ask you to try to solve it because I like this antivirus a lot.

          o que eu queria lhe dizer é que todas as versões do antivírus ESET NOD32 que você disponibiliza no seu site pedem ativação, reinstalando ou instalando pela primeira vez e mesmo os que já foram instalados ativados e funcionando bem, agora pararam de funcionar e estão pedindo ativação. Mais uma vez eu venho aqui para pedir para você tentar resolver, porque eu gosto muito desse antivírus.
          você é muito bom no que faz, é o único que faz os programas com auto-ativação.
